Origine
Cousin du Sichuan de Chine, le Sansho également appelé poivre Sansho est un zanthoxylum (ou xanthoxylum) aux notes chaudes et électriques. Elle n’appartient de ce fait pas à la famille des piper nigrum. La qualité que nous avons sélectionné est la plus belle. Des notes fraîches, fruitées et épicées typiques de la qualité issue des baies récoltées à Wakayama, au Japon.
