Après le grand classique à la vanille, Thiercelin lance début 2000, auprès des chefs, la gamme des sirops de fleurs qui accompagne la cuisine aux fleurs, gamme introduite auprès des chefs dans les années 90. Ensuite viennent les sirops aux baies de poivres. A l’aide d’un processus de fabrication propre nous avons créé des sirops de poivres aux notes douces et très fruitées.
Des notes originales et nouvelles pour booster votre créativité avec un sirop aux notes poivrées et fruitées obtenues par macération des baies mûres.
Notes organoleptiques et qualité gustative
Les baies de poivre rouge Pondichery contrairement aux baies vertes, noires et blanches de poivre sont fruitées. Sa maturation poussée à son paroxysme lui procure en plus de ses notes chaudes du poivre, des notes fruitées et caramélisées propre au biscuit sortant du four ainsi que des notes de crème brûlée si caractéristiques.
