Ce mélange d’inspiration nippone entre dans cette grande famille des « furikake » (振り掛け ou ふりかけ pour les linguistes).
Au Japon, le furikake est généralement conditionné en rations individuelles, dans de petits sachets à l’effigie de personnages de manga (animé Japonais) et est l’assaisonnement des plus jeunes. On le trouve largement dans les épiceries et les supermarchés.

Notre création TOKYOEAT® est un mélange à l’effigie des saveurs nippones : délicates, subtiles mais qui fait travailler vos papilles. Subtil ne veut pas dire sans goût. Bien au contraire. Mais là où la dictature du sucre et du sel régit de nos jours notre rapport avec le goût, nous avons voulu vous faire découvrir d’autres horizons. Ici pas de sucre, ni un piment brûlant qui prend le dessus ou encore un excédent de sel pour donner du goût (ou masquer l’absence de goût…). Nous misons sur une balance plus travaillée avec une saveur souvent abandonnée : l’astringent ; et de délicieuses notes de noisettes apportées par les sésames. Le souchet nous apporte un peu de rondeur aux saveurs chaudes du wasabi et du piment. Avis aux amateurs.
