Le poivre Timut ressemble étrangement à une baie de Sichuan en plus petite et plus foncée.
Véritable coup de cœur, le poivre Timut dégage un parfum citronné, d’agrumes et vous enivre par son surprenant parfum de pamplemousse… Le poivre Timut est un zanthoxylum ou xanthoxylum, qui n’a subi aucun traitement ni aromatisation. Il n’appartient de ce fait pas à la famille des piper nigrum.
C’est son unique variété qui lui confère ce parfum d’agrumes et pamplemousse incomparable et 100% naturel.
