Sélectionné par nos soins parmi les meilleurs riz BASMATI de l’Inde. Cultivé dans le nord de l’Inde dans les vallées de l’Himalaya de la région de Jammu, irriguées par les eaux pures des torrents des montagnes après le dégel le riz basmati est appelé « Le Prince des riz ». Ses grains fins ont un parfum et un arôme unique et délicat.
Utilisation en cuisine de A à Z
C’est un riz qui se marie bien avec l’agneau, le porc, le veau ou les volailles rôties. Avec bien sûr les plats au curry et sans oublier le safran.
Cuisson : Faire cuire environ 15 minutes dans beaucoup d’eau salée et bouillante. Passer à l’eau froide dans une passoire. Ses grains restent bien séparés, légers et très parfumés.
