Utilisation
Ce mélange s’utilise dans diverses grillades de viandes et de volailles dont le fameux poulet Cajun. Il peut être utilisé aussi pour faire des guacamoles.
Il assaisonne le riz blanc associé aux haricots rouge, le jambalaya, les viandes et le fameux poulet cajun; il peut aussi relever une soupe de coquillages ou du poisson grillé.
